- Partnership and integration inquiries — API access, bulk detection workflows, or institutional licensing
How we handle your message
We are a small team, so every message goes to a real person — not a support ticket queue. Here is what typically happens after you write to us.
We read it
Every email is read by a team member, not a bot. We do not use automated triage.
We route it
Detection questions go to the NLP team. Partnership inquiries go to our business contact. Technical issues go to engineering.
We reply
You receive a direct response — not a template. If we need more information, we will ask for exactly what we need.
Our commitment
Responses within one business day, Monday through Friday. Complex technical questions may take slightly longer.
Get a faster answer
A few things you can check before emailing — these cover the most common questions we receive and may answer yours immediately.
Read the About page first
The About page explains the detection methodology in detail — perplexity, burstiness, lexical diversity, and sentence entropy — including known limitations and what affects accuracy. Most methodology questions are answered there.
Check text length
Scores on texts under 100 words have wider uncertainty margins — this is expected behavior, not a bug. If you received an unexpected result on a short passage, try submitting a longer sample from the same source for comparison.
Look at the signal bars
A high overall score driven by one signal behaves differently from a high score driven by all four. If you are questioning a specific result, the signal breakdown visible on the detection tool tells you which patterns triggered.
Review the privacy policy
Questions about data handling — whether submitted text is stored, how long it is retained, what third parties can access — are answered in the privacy policy. We process text transiently and do not retain it as identifiable data.
